Russell is a very friendly guy! He keeps his Gym clean and sanitized for customers safety. Also his equipment is very nice as he doesn’t allow people to misuse his equipment! I would recommend MVAC to anyone wanting to get fit in a clean, healthy, motivational place then this is the place!
